Elsource Tenant Energy Billing System automates the end-to-end billing cycle for multi-tenant properties — commercial complexes, malls, IT parks, business centres and mixed-use developments — replacing manual reads and spreadsheet invoices with an auditable, tenant-friendly platform.
Individual tenant meters — supplied by Elsource or already installed on site — are read automatically over RF/GPRS. The platform applies configured tariffs, taxes and common-area allocations, and generates invoices on a schedule that matches the property's billing cycle.
Tenants get a transparent, itemised bill they can trust; the property team gets a clean, defensible record for every kWh billed; and finance gets clean data feeding straight into the accounting system.
